Church Walk Veterinary Centre was established in the early 20th century. Based in Ulverston and Barrow-In-Furness in the South Lakes and Furness area of Cumbria we are both a client and a patient focused practice. Our main focus is the health and welfare of your pet.

We are committed to providing a high standard of care in a modern clinical environment.This is achieved through investment in advanced equipment and facilities which we believe are essential to practise safely and effectively. Both of our centres (Ulverston and Barrow-In-Furness) are accredited under the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme. As such our veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses all undergo continual professional development. This ensures that we remain up-to-date with new and emerging clinical practises.

As a practice we maintain a high level of client loyalty and feel that this is a reflection of the bond and trust we try to build with all of our clients. Part of that trust and care involves knowing that we are here when you need us. We provide a 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency service using our own veterinary surgeons. This gives you the assurance that your pet will always be seen by a member of our team as opposed to a contracted vet or shared service. This guarantees you and your pet an excellent service.
